Try This Recipe: Matcha Waffles

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp Tea Zone Matcha Green Tea Powder
• 1 bag Tea Zone Waffle Powder Mix
• 20 fl oz Whole Milk (or dairy free milk)
• 10 fl oz Vegetable Oil
• 10 Eggs
• Cooking spray
• ½ Mango diced (optional topping)
• 65g Greek yogurt (optional topping)
• Shredded coconut (optional topping)

Directions:

1. 1. In a bowl or blender, whisk all the ingredients together (except toppings and cooking spray)
2. 2. Spray waffle maker with cooking spray and heat it up
3. 3. Pour enough batter into waffle maker to make a waffle, close the lid
4. 4. Let it cook until desired darkness, but make sure to not burn it
5. 5. Top with yogurt, diced mango, and shredded coconut

*Yields 20-25 waffles
