Ingredients:

• ¾ cup white sugar
• ⅔ cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp vanilla extract
• ½ tbsp salt
• 2 tbsp baking powder
• ⅓ cup Tea Zone Taro Powder
• 2 cup all purpose flour

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, taro powder and flour in a large bowl until the dough is well blended. Drop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet.
3. Bake dough for about 8 to 10mins then cool for about 5mins before enjoying
