Suggested Use:

Mix ⅔ cup soy pudding mix powder with ½ cup sugar and 1 quart boiling water. Once cooled to room temperature, place in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients:

• ⅔ cup Tea Zone Soy Pudding Mix
• 1 quart boiling water
• Brown sugar
• Ginger paste
• Water

Directions:

1. Dilute the powder mix in the boiling water.
2. Wait for the mixture to reach room temperature then place it in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Combine brown sugar, ginger paste and water into a syrup mixture.
4. To serve, scoop the tofu pudding into a bowl and pour over syrup. Eat cold or warm.
