Kamquat is a small, edible, orange-link fruit which originates in Southeast Asia. This small fruit looks like a tangerine  in shape, flavor, and color. Typically, the shape of a Kamquat is oblong, or round sometimes. Though it looks like orange, it doesn’t need to peel the skin; simply eat the whole fruit. Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon Tea Zone Kumquat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Bourbon
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 a small thyme plant as a garnish

Directions:

1. 1. Stir together the simple syrup, bourbon and lemon juice.
2. 2. Pour over ice and serve garnished with thyme
