Tea Zone Instant 10 Tapioca Pearls, aka Boba, are made from tapioca starch. These are packaged as dehydrated balls that need to be boiled in water. The boba balls usually soak in brown sugar syrup to give them their signature sweetness.

Unlike original boba, Tea Zone Instant Tapioca Pearls cook in a fraction of the time! It takes only 25 minutes to make.
Tea Zone Instant Tapioca Pearls are perfect for quickly preparing boba for bubble milk tea, flavoring tea or smoothies. The texture is soft on the outside and chewy on the inside. Bubble tea is a milk tea or fruit flavoring tea with gluten-free tapioca pearls in it.

  • 42 oz. of Water

  4. 4. When the timer goes off, turn off the heat and let it sit an additional 15 minutes while covered.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, mix  Tea Zone Dark Brown Sugar Syrup with hot water and Tea Zone Logan Honey to create the sugar mixture.
  6. 6.Carefully strain and rinse the boba in a large colander to remove excess starch before soaking in a sugar mixture.
