Ingredients:
1 bag Tea Zone Milk Tea Leaves
1 bag Non-Dairy Creamer
8 qts water
0.66 lbs Raw Sugar
1.76lbs Dark Brown Sugar
4qts Ice
Directions:
1. In a 24 qt stock pot, add 15 qts of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Remember to use a lid to reduce the cooking time.
2. Pour 1 bag of golden milk tea into a pitcher.
3. When the temperature reaches boiling point (210° F), pour out 8 qts of water into a pitcher with tea leaves.
4. Cover the pitcher with a lid and let it sit for 16 minutes.
5. In a second pitcher, mix the following: Non-Dairy Creamer 1 bag + Raw Turbinado Sugar 0.66 lb (0.3 kg) + Dark Brown Sugar 1.76 lbs (0.8 kg).
6. When the timer goes off, filter tea by pouring through a tea filter(#Y5020) into the second pitcher.
7. Stir well and make sure creamer and sugar dissolve.
8. Add 4 qts of ice into the second pitcher.
9. Stir well to cool down tea. Skim foam from the top.
10. Check sweetness level with a sweetness tester (adjustment range: 12 - 22).
